The flowers were ordered for my sister's birthday but were delivered on the day I ordered NOT on the delivery day requested and confirmed by you. You have promised to redeliver the order on the correct date which is tomorrow. We will see. Having said that, apparently the flowers were lovely. If the flowers are delivered on the correct date, I will reassess my opinion. Anyone can make a mistake but what you do to correct it is the important thing.
I was told delivery today the 25th was not possible but it arrived anyway.
Very good price. I ordered solely because of the free shipping deal. I'm skeptical of all floral sites because you are forced to wait til the very end to see how you'll get nailed for s/h charges and fees.

I would've given 5 stars but the hidden $14.99 "service fee" should have been disclosed before the end of purchase. I don't mind paying a service fee but $14.99 is a bit exorbitant.
Site was easy to use. Flowers delivered same day, within hours, as requested. Not much of a bargain for the item I chose, other site had for a few cents less, but I was able to apply a 13% rebate from ebates which helped.
Just hope the flowers are plentiful
Some flowers were already starting to wilt.
