Was very happy with service, though I'll be even happier when I know they arrived on time and the same flowers that I ordered. Not happy that the service fees are as high as the flowers, but that's what last minute will do I guess. Received the clowerer, which was timely and appreciated but the flowers were not as nice as the picture so I was disappointed. I understand if you have to replace something with something comparable but I do not believe this was the case. The arrangement was not as full and the replacement flowers were definitely not as nice or comparable in price.

I cancelled my order because my plans had changed, then ironically, my plans changed again. The customer service department was quick to process my refund, cancel my refund, and reorder my product so that it could be delivered on time.

These flowers were never delivered on or near the expected delivery day! I was told the flowers were delivered, when they never actually were. I never received any delivery confirmation, as promised. It was actually a very unpleasant experience. The wait time to talk to somebody was 25minutes. Staff was friendly, service and communication was awful. I cant say that I will order again.

I was supposed to have a place to type in a coupon code but it never existed in the order anywhere!
I tried to place the order 3x. I am not sure i received any discount but it didn't seem like it. I ordered "how sweet it is" which was supposed to include Light Orange Roses, Orange Spray Roses, Hot Pink Carnations, asters, and a vase. Recipient showed me flowers and they were orange roses but no pink, no asters and some brown things in the middle.

I was disappointed in the fact that what I ordered was not the arrangement received. I saw the arrangement, very nice as it was, was not even close to what I ordered. The reason I picked that arrangement was because this bouquet had meaning behind the color scheme. There were no "blue" flowers in it and no "blue" bow. This arrangement was for a co-worker's father. I've ordered many times and have been very satisfied, this time, not very satisfied at all.
