Beautiful flowers, but horrible delivery time! I ordered my flowers on Saturday to be delivered to a family member in a hospital on Sunday. He never got them. After I waited 1.5 hours after emailing FromYouFlowers, I emailed them again and then received a reply within the next hour. The customer service agent indicated the flowers would be delivered as soon as possible the next day, on Monday. In my next email, I had to ask for a refund for the weekend delivery fee, and then asked for all of the delivery fee to be refunded, which was granted. My father, who is very ill and will be transferred tomorrow (Tuesday) finally received his flowers at 3pm today (Monday). I thought they'd be there sooner today. The flowers are beautiful, but I wish he could have enjoyed them for longer and that I didn't have all this hassle. This is my fourth time ordering through FromYouFlowers and this is the second time the order has been very, very delayed. If it wasn't for the delivery issue, I'd say this service is great, but, unfortunately, delivery is an important part of the equation.

Ordered the flowers and paid for same day delivery which it states occurs prior to 6pm local time. I ordered in the morning prior to 11 am and service only starts at 9am. Paid for the "premium" bouquet which states it will have even more blooms than the picture. I was hoping the bouquet would arrive prior to me getting home to surprise my wife. Well 6pm cam and no luck. I called customer service and they had to look into the issue and told me it was out for delivery. Well 8pm came around and I finally got the bouquet. It was extremely late. In addition, there were only 8 roses-the same number in the picture of the deluxe bouquet, but I ordered the premium one. Honestly, I would have had better luck going to Costco and ordering their $15.99 bouquet and putting it in the own vase, or ordering their $39.99 premium bouquet in a vase. This was a lesson learned. Would not use them again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
