Shipping expense should be stated before the last page of submitting order. Hope the flowers are as beautiful as they look in the photo!
Photo did not match what was delivered. The photo must be the more expensive bouquet. It would be beneficial when choosing the different configurations to have the photo change to see what you will actually receive.

The order arrived where I sent it well before noon today! I was really pleased.
When my order was delivered, my mother-in-law received the wrong order. Luckily she called the flower shop and informed them that the name was wrong and the delivery person was able to come back and deliver the correct flowers.

It says I'll save $20 then it only gives me $15 but then the service fee is $15 soooo there is really no discount...annoying
The order was delivered a day late for the persons birthday. Although they sent me an email saying they upgraded the purchase the flier arrangement was totally differentvtgan the one I chose and wanted! I ordered a flower arranged that was mostly all roses in purple shades and was very beautiful and appropriate for a young lady but was delivered an arrangement with a couple of orange/yellow roses and mostly sun flowers! Nothing like the picture I chose! Very disappointed as the order was about $80.
I wish the flowers pictured were more like what was actually received.
I would have given five stars except for the surprise service/handling fee.
I paid an extra $2.99 for same day delivery which I did not receive. That on top of the $14.99 service fee that I didn't know about until the final stage of checkout means I most likely will not order from you again.
