I would have given five stars except for the surprise service/handling fee.
I paid an extra $2.99 for same day delivery which I did not receive. That on top of the $14.99 service fee that I didn't know about until the final stage of checkout means I most likely will not order from you again.

This was simply pitiful. I was supposed to get same day delivery. That didn't happen. When the flowers were delivered, only one of the lilies were opened, and it was damaged. The delivery guy couldn't find my apartment building, so I had to go outside and find him. The small flowers were about half the size of the picture and were wilting. Every single rose was browning around the edges. I simply cannot express how dissatisfied I am with my purchase.
