According to the delivery email I received yesterday, the flowers were delivered to my daughter's school at 3:20pm. The mailroom closes at 4:30pm, but for some reason they did not get her the flowers until today. They are saying they did not get them until 5pm. I'm not sure which is true.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
