I ordered Roses - it was supposed to be a colorful bouquet of a dozen roses and what I got was a limp mix of roses, lilies and alstromeria.
The limp part could be because my friend wasn't at work and I had to go pick up the flowers the next morning after delivery. But the flowers themselves could have been purchased at a grocery store for $10.
The price was really good for a nice bouquet of roses. Not good for what I got. I won't be ordering again.

My husband orders me the a Dozen Wild Rainbow Roses with a Birthday Vase yesterday for my birthday, well what I received was half dead multi color roses with no vase and only 11 Roses! My husband called and complained I emailed and complained but their solution was a $15.00 gift card! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Very disappointed that my order was not assembled. There was NO indication that the roses would NOT be in the vase. This order was for an elderly person which I did not want to have them have to assemble their arrangement. Very misleading and highly unlikely to order again. Please state, for others, that arrangements will have to be assembled by the receiver. Not happy at all.
