Bottom line... the flowers - From You Flowers - were not delivered to our house, to my wife on her birthday. I was not told about it until after the fact... and they had the audacity to offer me a $10 gift certificate! Look, either you're running a business or not. They lied about their promise to deliver the flowers... it was not the same day delivery, two days! Pathetic. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT.

There was nothing stating a $14.99 handling fee until I was done checking out. I think this should be stated in the order review page. These flowers better be great!
My best friends Mom needed cheering up after being hurt twice in one week.I was very pleased the flowers were delivered at a reasonable time frame and a phone call to confirm what time would be good for us and she could not say enough how beautifull and fresh smelling they were.She loved the Forever Pumpkin combined with her favorite flowers.Thats what I was hoping for to make her smile and feel better.I will most certainly use fromyouflowers for my future purchases.One last thing,it would be nice to know sooner rather than at the checkout the cost of the handling charge,I did not like that surprise.
