Before get all the billing info including the card number, you should show the sales tax and the handling charges. I know that we don't have to place the order but all the info get to know. You have to qoute complete price before the billing page.
These flowers were send to a rehab center. I was shown a picture by the recipient and she said they were lovely.

The flowers look not nothing like the picture i ordered, there were less flowers and plenty leaves to fill in spots.it appear to have been done in a hurry.
The flowers did not have the smell of each flower's species. They had hardly any smell at all.

Flowers were pretty but was quite disappointed they did not get delivered the same day as promised - I was not informed that they would not be delivered until the next day. They did refund the 'same day delivery fee'.
It was important to me that the flowers arrive the same day as they were a gift to a friend who needed cheering up. Thank you for making sure they got there on time. Although I never saw them, she said that they were beautiful and was very happy with them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
