Before get all the billing info including the card number, you should show the sales tax and the handling charges. I know that we don't have to place the order but all the info get to know. You have to qoute complete price before the billing page.

The flowers look not nothing like the picture i ordered, there were less flowers and plenty leaves to fill in spots.it appear to have been done in a hurry.

There was an additional hidden handling charge that wasnt mentioned earlier. Also the product delivered did not look at all like what was displayed in the picture. It looked really unappealing despite the mention that it was a birthday gift

Flowers were pretty but was quite disappointed they did not get delivered the same day as promised - I was not informed that they would not be delivered until the next day. They did refund the 'same day delivery fee'.

It was important to me that the flowers arrive the same day as they were a gift to a friend who needed cheering up. Thank you for making sure they got there on time. Although I never saw them, she said that they were beautiful and was very happy with them.
