I ordered flowers and a balloon to be delivered on my daughter's birthday and paid extra to have them there before noon because she was not going to be there again until evening. They didn't show up until after 3pm AND minus the balloon. I called the company and was told that the florist they use is too far from my daughters house to get there before noon. Why then do they check the address before saying they can guarantee the delivery? The flowers were ok. Not what the picture looked like at all. I won't use them again
Thanks, My daughter really love the flowers for her birthday she cried because she spilled the water out before making it home from work. I would recommend using flowers boxes for traveling form work to home..
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
