They didn't have the arrangement that I wanted and they didn't call me until the day before delivery to tell me that.
I got an email that my order was substituted since something was unavailable. I responded to the email asking what was sent. I received a canned response about a florists choice arrangement. I didn't order a florist choice arrangement, I ordered a specific new baby arrangement. I respond to the response, again, asking what was sent. Again I received the same canned response and then they added I would get a 10.00 gift certificate. I emailed for the third time asking what was sent. Waiting on a reply.

This is a better website than others I have used.
Delivery was earlier then expected...order was not as expected. Birthday balloon that was attached to flowers was for a male child not for an adult female like I had asked for...flowers were not the quality I was expecting.Will not order from site again!

It was quick and easy and the flowers looked really great. My girlfriend really really loved them they were perfect colors and everything.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
