Shipping and handling is far too pricy and I ordered what was called a succulant garden which was to come in a bowl. The product was a large leafy plant that came in a basket upon arrival. Not happy that my friend didn't get what I purchased.

Smooth transaction. Recipient liked it. But Only 13 red roses in parcel and flowers appear much smaller than those shown on your website. Felt somewhat dissatisfied. Please try to show true pictures and not close ups of flowers on web page. Thanks
Flowers were delivered late. I paid extra for a delivery time that was not met. No customer service contact or apology or solution. You know the flowers were not delivered on-time and have not addressed it. I've used two other companies in the past without any delivery issues. Your pricing was the same as the other two I normally use and customer service is what keeps me. Offer service that you can actually deliver and take care of your customers when you do not deliver on-time.

Easy & quick. Photo sent of bouquet! Many less blooming flowers than your photo for this! Disappointed with it as more baby's breath than roses, carnations or such. At least there are a few unbloomed yet ones that may last longer. My close, dear friend is dying from cancer; & I'm far away!
