It was good, I just think the hidden fees are extremely high and should be upfront and not added at the end as a surprise.
I was extremely disappointed, first of all, I was notified late evening that my SAME DAY order, that says "if placed before 2pm will be delivered" was NOT going to be delivered, and the EXTRA money you pay will be refunded in 1-3 days. Then the NEXT day when my flowers for my 5 year old daughter's graduation did finally come, they looked absolutely NOTHING and when I say NOTHING I mean nothing like what I ordered. I will never order from this company again and I would never suggest anyone do so, if they have any intention of their loved one receiving what they pay for.

Shipping and handling is far too pricy and I ordered what was called a succulant garden which was to come in a bowl. The product was a large leafy plant that came in a basket upon arrival. Not happy that my friend didn't get what I purchased.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
