Ordered birthday basket for my brother, paid for same day expedited service. No delivery! My brother received nothing and I didn't know till next day! They assured me my order was delivered. They then said that the florist was off line and didn't get my order, and they then cancelled it. I would never use them again. I have asked for my money back. But feel horrible my brother thought I forgot his birthday don't use them EVER!

Prices are very reasonable just sucks at the end you see the service and handling fee which is pretty pricey. Other than that they had the best prices. My mom loved the flowers and balloon for her birthday!
