I ordered the Premium (largest) "Perfect Elegant Remembrance" for my Mom as her Mother recently passed away. I paid extra for same day delivery and a $14.99 delivery fee. I received a call at 6:30pm the day it was supposed to be delivered, saying no one had the inventory in town. It was guaranteed to be delivered the next day and they waived the same day delivery fee, and were going to upgrade the flowers to be even bigger. I was okay with this.
Next day I get a call that they can't deliver to that area. So, I just told them to deliver to my house, and I would drive it to my Mom's house. Flowers arrive at about 1:30pm, and they smell of cigarette smoke, and the arrangement is smaller than the one I ordered. I call, and they offer me 40% off of the original order size.
Needless to say, I was not happy with all of the inconveniences and flowers that now smell like cigarette smoke (likely from smoking in the delivery vehicle). I'm just glad they came to me first so I knew what was being delivered.
On the upside, the arrangement has subtle colors...nice for a sympathy arrangement.

Pricing is a bit steep for delivery and such. For $75 dollars I was expecting it to be bigger, it's not much bigger than the small one for $39 from what I can tell.
