The person that the flowers were sent to seemed pleased so I really never actually saw what I ordered. So main thing was that it made her happy.

The flowers weren't delivered to the building that I had requested. Instead the driver called my daughter and had her come meet him at a sports bar to get her flowers, and said there was no address listed. I provided an address so I am unsure why he said that when it is clearly on my order. I was not happy that she had to go pick her flowers up at a sports bar, and it made her feel very uncomfortable. The bar was within walking distance from the building I listed so that tells me he did have the address just chose not to deliver them as ordered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
