Daughter received flower arrangement I sent on time. I ordered a regular size floral arrangement with a Halloween theme. There was a variation of what was depicted in what I ordered to what she received. I feel the florist could have added additional flowers to add color to the arrangement in keeping of the Halloween theme.

I was guaranteed the delivery of my order the same day I paid extra for this service. Imagine my surprise 2 hours later when I received a call stating they were not going to make the delivery. Needless to say I was upset because I passed on another option because it was a guarantee same day on time delivery and at this point it was too late to go back to the other option. They did not even try to rectify the issue the only thing they offered me back was the extra fee for same day service yah right I cancelled the order. Between waiting for them to answer the phone and being put on hold after I asked to cancel the order I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes. I will never order from them again.

I ordered flowers for a special event and was guaranteed same day delivery which I paid extra for. I decided to go this direction even though I had other options. 2 hours later I was told they were not going to make the delivery even though it was guaranteed and the order was placed with plenty of time. It was to late now to do any of the other options and the rep did not care at all he just talked about give the guaranteed delivery fee back. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to get refund. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

What misleading picture you have posted on your site. What was received was 100% different than what I ordered. I ordered the sweetheart flower arrangement and what was received was someone who threw some flowers in a vase.
I will NEVER order from here again.
