What misleading picture you have posted on your site. What was received was 100% different than what I ordered. I ordered the sweetheart flower arrangement and what was received was someone who threw some flowers in a vase.

On October 20, I purchased an order for flowers to arrive to a business location on October 21. On the day that the flowers were to be delivered (October 21), I received an email at 5:09pm (9 minutes after the latest listed time for deliveries to business locations) stating that the flowers could not be delivered. The email also stated that they would provide a complimentary upgrade and include an apology to the recipient. However, the next day (October 22) I received another email stating that the florist could not provide the flowers that I purchased. This was sent after 2 days of waiting and expecting to have my order completed. I purchased tulips, but roses were sent to the recipient. I am VERY dissatisfied with this service and I would not wish this frustration on anyone.

This fruit basket was sent to a cousin in Phoenix who was recuperating from surgery. She called me as soon as she received it and sent me a pic of what she received. She was tickled with her fruit basket.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
