First Time using this site. It was fast and easy to understand site. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is that the service fee isn't listed in the price or stated any other place except when your payment was processed. Not that it would have changed my mind, it is nice to know that the exact total prior to pushing confirm payment.

I payed a same day fee in which it didn't get delivered the same day but the day after, and was told the product was delivered when it wasn't at that time. Besides that the service was good, and i will be ordering from them again in the future.

I was disappointed with the flowers in the arrangement. I chose the fall arrangement over the cheaper florist selection because it included tulips in the picture and those are my friends favorite flower. The arrangement was similar but instead of tulips they had alstroemerias. If I'd have known that I would have chosen the cheaper florist selection. Also the delivery charge was not listed until the order was completed
