In addition to the surprise of the overall cost ( I would have liked a head of time to know the 25$ would be applied) the overall cost of the balloons and the bear were too high. The latex balloons were 3x's what they are in stores. Most importantly, though, the order was not correct. I specified 3 latex balloons and 1 mylare, /and instead got 2 latex and no Mylar. You owe me 4$
The flowers arrived in a timely manner. I only saw a picture of them but they looked pretty but a little smaller than I would have thought. If I had not gotten free shipping, the price would have seemed high for the product received.

Even though I corresponded with customer service early in the morning and agreed to a delivery time of 10 am PST, the flowers were delivered after the service was complete and I had to send them to the employee's house instead. I was disappointed.

I won't know for sure until I hear about the flowers from the recipients. Both recipients loved the flowers and one said they lasted more than a week. So I would say this is a great value, keep up the good work!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
