Never again. The flowers I sent for Boss's Day arrived the following day. I wasn't notified until after 6 pm, an hour after close of business and way too late to rectify the situation. Way too expensive, and they still charged me for same day delivery when they didn't. I will stick with a brick and mortar florist in the future.

The flower we order did not arrive on the time that was stated, we were already in the service seated. The flower was such a disappointment for what we paid for and it was so small I understand that flower substitution might have to be used but the size was a total disappointment for the price that we paid. I requested a banner on the flower, there was no banner at all just a blank flower I will never use this company again because I truly feel this was a rip off, because if you can't at least keep the same size a partial refund of money that was paid.
