I placed my order on 10/11 for delivery to my boss of Boss's Day. After placing my order I decided to google the company for their reviews...I probably should have done that prior to ordering! I called them twice to cancel my order but I was reassured that everything would go smoothly. Well it didn't and to top it off the flowers I ordered we not what was sent. Photo of picture on website was completely different than what was delivered. I am very embarrassed.

Its kind of ridiculous that you guys dont show the "handling price" to the price of the flowers. I was expecting to pay 20 dollars less than what I actually had to after i put in my billing information. Pretty shady in my opinion.

Quick process and on time delivery of product
The delivered product appeared to be entirely different colors from the arrangement that was ordered...We ordered a pink and red arrangement... It appears that fall colors ( Orange/maroon) were delivered...This was a sympathy arrangement not really suitable to seasonal adjustment...

I have to say again that I ordered these flowers for Bosses Day to show appreciation to my manager. She loves sunflowers and although I know you all have to do substitutions at times the three sunflowers were why I ordered them and she received one. I need a good florist for business purposes and plan on ordering more but I will not be able to use you all because I don't think the product matched the price or the outcome which is disappointing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
