I've use this service a half times or better, always pretty satisfied. This time the delivery date was botched. Annoyed, but I know things happen, not the end of the world. They did compensate me and I appreciate that, and because they handled it, took care of me, I'll continue to use them.

The advertised prices for the flowers are great. But you aren't aware of the $15 Service Charge until the very end of the order so the pricing structure is a bit misleading when you are first picking out the flower arrangement. Also, once you select your arrangement, there are 3 sizes you can choose from. Although there is a description of the sizes, it would be nice if the picture on the screen changed accordingly based on what size you choose, otherwise its difficult to visualize the difference

This was a same day delivery. It did not get delivered until the next day and not until I sent a message requesting the order be tracked. I also spent approximately 20 minutes on hold attempting to contact customer service, and kept being told by a very load recording I could check the site, which was not true because there was no tracking information for my order on the site. In addition, customer service never picked up the line and I hung up when my order arrived. The order was awful. It hardly had any candy in the basket.

The 25% off for a preferred customer is less then the free shipping. You will lose clients like this. I have exclusively used your services and recommended you but if this is the norm I might have to rethink that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
