Seems like the product AND delivery were somewhat pricey, but delivery costs were not unexpected for a same-day-delivery order. It would have been nice to see photos of the upgraded items before upgrading to a higher-priced selection, as the item that was delivered did not appear to be any different than the basic item photographed. Otherwise, this was a good experience.

Shopping experience is great. The 15 extra dollars that doesn't show up until you are confirming your order is a deal breaker. I probably will not use you again or recommend your service. Put those charges up front before you have to put in all your information.

Easy format to order
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
