My daughter LOVED the beautiful flower arrangement she received for her birthday. She is a very busy mom with three very, active little boys which was the reason I decided to send her flowers for her birthday. When they arrived she was so surprised and she just loved them. She shared a photo of the beautiful flower arrangement and yes, they were bright, cheery and beautiful.

The flowers were delivered on time, but the arrangement was not really what I expected. I paid for the "Deluxe" and it was much smaller than I had anticipated. Honestly I would have expected this arrangement for the the lower end price window. Also some of the flowers looked like bottom of the line cheap flowers and a few were wilted. I probably will not order from this company again.
Did not meet same day delivery expectation, I did receive a call from your customer service and the person that attempted to recover service was excellent however the flowers were not delivered timely, and when my girlfriend did receive them they were not fresh. Arrangement was very good.

I had scheduled the delivery for 10/19, which was my friend's birthday, but it was actually delivered a day early on 10/18. Not a huge deal because it was still delivered, but would have liked it to be sent on her actual birthday.
Don't find about the hidden handling fee that adds $15 to the order until the very end

I paid for a deluxe version of the arrangement but when my sister received it she sent me a picture. The overall arrangement was small and definitely not deluxe and did not arrive in the keepsake green vase that was advertised in the photo. My sister described the flowers as "small and adorable."

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
