I bought the flowers with a bear and chocolate for my grandma who lives a few hours away, she said she loved them and they were beautiful and smelled nice but it wasn't exactly like the picture on the ad. I did get my money's worth for the most part and she loved them and it made her day so that's all that matters

Love the way the flowers looked online, but was not the same when the order was received. I was trying to give my nephew and his wife some beautiful flowers because they lost a child. I felt that I was mislead because the flowers I chose were beautiful, but what got delivered was not to my satisfaction and they called me to make sure someone was going to be home. I told them exactly the time they would be there, so why was the flowers left on the steps. I didn't ask for a no contact delivery. I paid for delivery and they should have been delivered to them and put in there hands.
My Mother was delighted with her roses. The only thing I noticed was the daisies were placed throughout the bouquet in the picture but there was only a small bunch in the middle of the actual arrangement. Not a problem for us but some customers may have other expectations. Thank You for prompt service

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
