Generally ok. I have some issues. I would NOT call this a PREMIUM arrangement - it looked more like the base option or maybe the middle option at best. The Vase was not similar to the one shown, the arrangement was not that large and the flowers did not seem to be as fresh as other we have received, the water in the (clear) vase was dirty and it seemed to have been sitting a while, and the 'contactless' delivery apparently required the delivery person to ring the bell, wait for me to come to get the delivery from her, try to hand it to me directly when I went out, and she looked confused or upset when I asked her to set it down and back up before I could accept it. She was not wearing a mask or gloves and stepped right up to the door when I opened it. All this while my dogs went BERSERK because, since I was not expecting to have to open the door, I had not had time to secure them beforehand. Not the best overall experience, but not altogether bad either. Finally, I would prefer not to deal with the local vendor to address these issues - I bought the arrangement from you, not her. You are her customer, not me.

Advertised free delivery but on the very last page, a $14.99 charge for Service with no explanation as to what that is. Very misleading. I was tempted to cancel order but the person I am sharing with wanted to go ahead with it.

I used this service because I received flowers from here last week and they were very beautiful and unique. The photo of the flowers I ordered yesterday were a bit disappointing, the vase looked outdated and the flowers were average looking. If I order again, I won't select deal of the day.
