Overall I will use fromyouflowers.com again. I appreciated that they emailed me to let me know a substitution would be made to my order. Although I was nervous that the arrangement wouldn't be a good as the original I ordered; I was very happy with the florists' substitution. Ordering was easy. Delivery was timely. The flowers were Beautiful!

How fast will the order be delivered?
Originally my only concern was timing as it was a gift. I ordered 3 hours before the person was done with work and wanted it to be a surprise so I was scared it would have gotten there later then she worked...IM EXTREMELY happy to say it made it 30 minutes before she clocked out!

Delivery is ridiculously expensive. Especially during this time when we cannot physically be with family because of a pandemic. Wish you would lower that cost.
It was a day late. But good communication telling me, said they will refund same day delivery fee.
Everything was good. My only comment was that I paid for it to get delivered on the same day but it got delivered the next day.
The bundle was smaller than what I paid for and it had pink roses instead of yellow. It was themed around yellow. I got crappy small arrangement. Junk.

I think the $15 service fee is deceptive. If it is always charged, it should be included in the base price of the flowers. I also signed up for the delivery reimbursement from freeshipping.com. It totally feels like a scam and too way too long. Maybe just don't add on extra fees at the end so you don't have to integrate with freeshipping.com!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
