Great product/service
I ordered expedited flowers at 6 am 11/15/16. I received an email from the company before noon, notifying me that my order would not be arrive to my mother at the time that I was told ( the extra expedited shipping fee that i paid).
Around 3:30 pm I called to check on the status of the order as I wanted to surprise my mom with birthday flowers before the day was over or before she was unavailable to receive them. The woman that I spoke to was super rude and continued to try and argue with me after I told her I wanted a full refund, because they are unable to get the flowers to my mom until the next day 11/17/16. She gave me what I believe was a fake name ( Tiffany) and made me wait over 20 minutes to speak with a "Supervisor". Whom I believe was another call person pretending to be her boss.
The whole experience was horrible and I would never again spend my money here or recommend this place to anyone.
Lets see if I actually receive my refund.

While I like the products you display I was not happy that I did not know there were service charges until I went to place my order. I am blindly trusting the quality of these flowers and hope the recipient is not disappointed. If all goes well then I certainly would recommend your products and services. Thank you.
As a follow up, I ordered these to be delivered on Monday 11/7 as a surprise so I left my cell number in NY if there were any issues. No one called for 3 days, then I get a call saying they could not be delivered. The date of delivery was significant and that sentiment could not be replaced. I should have been called right away. I also found out afterwards that the driver left your number at the community's gate house. The person who was supposed to be getting this surprise was given your number and told to call. She did call, she gave her name and the person who answered the phone didn't know what she was talking about so she dismissed it figuring it was a mistake. Too many errors on your part. I am at least thankful that you made fresh flowers and redelivered and the recipient said they were beautiful. But understand that I am extremely upset that they were not delivered on 11/7, the recipient just lost her mother, that would have been her mother's birthday, that was the day the flowers would have had meaning. That opportunity was lost forever. I do not want my comments posted, I am writing this for your benefit and I selected your business because of your same day guaranteed delivery. Not satisfied at all.

Ordered them for my daughter for her birthday and had it delivered. She loved it
The only problem was the pricing, as the advertised price was not for the pictured image (it was about $8 more), and then there was a $2.99 fee for Monday delivery which I don't understand, plus $15 shipping fee that was mentioned no where prior to the service. Other than that my girlfriend was VERY pleased with the product, which was a surprise gift.

I was completely satisfied the last time I ordered, but this time, altho I paid for the "premium" option, I didn't feel the flowers reflected a premium arrangement. I was a bit disappointed at the size.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
