BEWARE! Packing is dull & WRONG ARRANGEMENT SENT!
I have ordered flowers online before but the flowers were always delivered by a somewhat local florist. With that being said, I had expected the flowers to be hand delivered. They were not. The flowers were delivered in a cardboard box. Can't be too mad about this though being that it was a matter of simple assumption. The card wasn't even in the flower arrangement. It was in an envelope underneath everything. Fiancé never even opened the card until i told her to look for one. She thought it was INSTRUCTIONS!... Instructions on assembling your arrangement/vase/ etc. My order WAS however delivered on the intended date of delivery.
MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT: WRONG FLOWERS WERE SENT! The flowers delivered looked like something you would give to your 100 year old grandmother, not your 24 year old Fiancé. Of course, she was excited to receive flowers, however, I was APPALLED that the wrong flower arrangement was sent. For spending 50 bucks on flowers; FLOWERS... NOT ROSES; you would think that you would get the correct arrangement.
All in all, I will NOT EVER buy from "FromYouFlowers" again! I rather pay the few extra bucks and get the correct arrangement.

I was worried that these would be too small since you had to select an upgrade just to get the flowers pictured. This felt like a cheap sales trick. When the flowers arrived they were much less full than the flowers pictured even though I paid for the upgrade. (I have pictures). Extremely disappointed and won't be using this flower service moving forward for this reason. Can't rely on a fair price and delivery of promised product.

The flowers were very beautiful and arrived as requested.
I specifically ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter, away at college, in a mason jar so she could make use of it after the flowers were gone. The arrangement I ordered was named "Flower Fields Mason Jar" and the arrangement did not arrive in a mason jar, but in a glass vase.
The recipient was very happy she received the gift. So not really sure how it looked, what size it was? She was happy and that is what counts.

The order I placed to be delivered on Friday Nov. 11 was not delivered until Saturday Nov. 12
I was not too happy about that and had to call the person that was to receive the order to find out if they had received it or not. This took away the surprise element that I was hoping for only to find disappointment. I was not informed that the order would be delayed by "from you flowers" which I thought would have been a courtesy they would provide.
