Flowers were not that great for the price and the florist had to call multiple times to try and get directions to home instead of using GPS or mapping software which would have been easier and less stressful for me.

I am normally very satisfied with the flowers I send. This time is an exception. The roses in the bouquet were extremely wilted the next day. The other flowers were beautiful.

However, my recipient received the flowers a whole day ahead of time! I have no clue why...why is Sunday available on the website if they are going to deliver them on Saturday?! Very frustrating.

It was an okay experience except for all the charges that were added after I chose the flowers. The extra charges made the flowers double in price. It would have been nice to see the total before I had to put my credit card information in 3 times. I had to keep changing my order due to the price changing from sub total to TOTAL, which included the shipping and tax. But the best part is, my friend loved the flowers and he said he would not remove them until the last petal fell off. That's how happy he was.:-)

They were delivered a day after the service was all over they were to be delivered Saturday 11/12/16 before 4pm and they were delivered Sunday 11/13/16 at 10:50am and everything was over and people all gone and the daughter and grandchildren. I am very disappointed with the florist that you chose as they say a day late and a dollar short your ad says same day delivery and charge $14 for delivery and the florist that delivered the flowers claim they were told to leave on the porch I'm ashamed to say they talked or called no one at all the phone shows no calls neighbors say just dropped off on porch and left This florist Arizona Florist azflorist.com is known for this the flowers are not what I picked out and the wrong vase was to be white vase with cross on front
