The order was not delivered same day as promised.Neither could I contact customer service throughout the day to track order, so my gift didn't arrive in time for my granddaughter's birthday. When it was delivered the following day the teddy bear reaked of cigarette smoke! I called customer service and a new clean bear was delivered. Too much hastle. Hopefully you guys will refund me 30% plus the expedite fee of $2.99 so I won't have to call back and go through more of a hastle.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
