Only issue I had is that I ended up getting a higher priced item. I thought I had chosen the lesser priced item and after check out I saw that it was the medium priced one. Not sure if it was my issue or if the order automatically defaulted to the medium priced flowers on both orders.

I feel the handling charge is too high. Also, I signed up for the 20% discount and it wasn't applied to my order already in the making. You would have to start over again to get the discount. Additionally, these flowers were delivered to my mother in Florida for her 84th birthday. They were not received in good condition. One of the roses completely fell apart and others showed signs of excess heat exposure/wilting. I assumed they would have been in plastic water tips since it was not shipped in the vase. Obviously they were not. Not a happy camper and probably will not use this site again.

The delivery added my name, the orderer, as the reciepient. This caused confusion at the office but was quickly resolved. The delivery person was not so accommodating and I was told was quite rude to my office staff.

I particularly ordered this because it was named blue skies with a beautiful blue vase and blue flowers. It was a sympathy gift for a funeral to honor a pilot. The arrangement that was delivered was in a purple vase that did not resemble the product I ordered. The flowers where beautiful but was just a random arrangement.

I ordered expedited flowers at 6 am 11/15/16. I received an email from the company before noon, notifying me that my order would not be arrive to my mother at the time that I was told ( the extra expedited shipping fee that i paid).
Around 3:30 pm I called to check on the status of the order as I wanted to surprise my mom with birthday flowers before the day was over or before she was unavailable to receive them. The woman that I spoke to was super rude and continued to try and argue with me after I told her I wanted a full refund, because they are unable to get the flowers to my mom until the next day 11/17/16. She gave me what I believe was a fake name ( Tiffany) and made me wait over 20 minutes to speak with a "Supervisor". Whom I believe was another call person pretending to be her boss.
The whole experience was horrible and I would never again spend my money here or recommend this place to anyone.
Lets see if I actually receive my refund.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
