The price shown was fine until I got the service charge. I almost backed out. When I had a note saying I had an $11 credit, I expected that to come of the price shown for the flowers. Turned out it wasn't my credit as the note said - it was just your discounted price. So the flowers were $11.97 more than I expected when I started the order. I felt misled.

Great selection, but the flower arrangement I received was much less full than the picture shown (which the site warns you about). I knew the arrangement would be a tad bit smaller, but the actual flowers were wilted and not super impressive. Great customer service though!

Quick same day service,product was good not quite the same as ordered but same theme
I ordered the flowers as a surprise gift for friends in another State. Mike called to let me know the delivery had been made which was really nice. Whole experience was great, start to finish

When I ordered the flowers the ones that I chose said they were 39.99, and then I had a code that was to give me 20% off, but when I checked out the flowers were priced at 49.99, with $10 off, so really the priced was upped so that I would be paying the original price of 39.99, not including the taxes and service fees (yes, delivery was free, but fees were over $15). I would rather all the promised coupons off and free delivery not be available and just pay the original price...which I did anyhow. My total bill ended up being $59 for at $40 vase of flower with free delivery. With that said, my friends were delighted with the flowers, and so I'm grateful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
