Kind of price on the delivery but since its same day delivery I guess its ok. Sure hope the flower are just a pretty and fresh. Unfortunately my delivery did not get there on the same day; a day after which gave the impression that it was a last minute thought to my family member

Placed an order on Saturday & received confirmation that it would be delivered that day. Then, later that day was told it couldn't be delivered until Monday. Even though that was disappointing, I was impressed with how you reached out to me directly to ensure delivery.

Everything looks so nice on line. Easy to shop on website! HOPE they look as good when delivered as they do in the pictures. My original order was for two boxes of chocolate. I only recieved one, I also ordered fall centerpiece and was delivered a christmas center piece. I called customer service they took the chocolate charge off my bill, and Gave me a 10% discount for my next order. Even though the flower arrangement was incorrect it was beautiful. Your customer service agent was wonderful! I will be ordering again.
I placed an order for delivery that looked nothing like the picture very unhappy I had to call back and have a re-order delivery and that was good. But they said they were going to upgrade it and they did not

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
