I was, at first, confused by the pricing and discount offers on your website. Customer service worked quickly in response to my concerns and clarified and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I commend you for your commitment to customer satisfaction.
The shopping experience was great and I was able to find the perfect bouquet. However, the delivery was a big problem! Evidently, UPS simply left the box at the front door and never even rang the bell. The delivery was in Maryland and it was a very cold day. My sister in law just happened to see the box late in the afternoon when she went out to get the mail. The flowers were nearly frozen and damaged by the weather. She said most of the flowers bounced back and were pretty but I was expecting her to receive a perfect bouquet, not one that was nearly frozen. I would have expected UPS to have rang the doorbell and handed the box to someone rather than just leaving it on a doorstep with no notification. This was unacceptable! In the future, I will only purchase flowers that will be delivered by a Florist.
The flowers were sitting on the porch while the driver sat in his warm van if I could send you a picture I would but after a day they are ready for the trash. There was no card with it either but an 8 and 1/2 by 11 put in the middle of the flowers. Very very poor

The flowers were beautiful, however the entire reason I picked the arrangement that I did was because of the mason jar vase it was supposed to come in. When the arrangement arrive all of the flowers were intact but they were in a yellow vase.
It was very beautiful and she loved it so the price didn't matter as much. But overall you have yourself a very satisfied customer
