I paid to upgrade to the highest price version (deluxe/premium). The flowers look nice from the picture I was sent by the recipient, but for the price I think there should have been some roses in the bouquet. I guess it's a risk buying across country, sight unseen. I purchased the bouquet where the florist chooses the flowers. They seemed to use pretty, but very basic flowers. Not what I would have selected. Oh well.

The survey is worded oddly since I sent these to another person. I did NOT receive the order. The person for whom I ordered them DID receive them.

There are far fewer flowers in the vase than I expected for $39.00 (got a small discount, but didn't think that would shrink the bouquet. There were two typos in my message that I proofed twice, so it wasn't me, it was you. The first was the word abode which came out adobe and the second was the word many which came out as manu. Watch it next time or I'll stop ordering from you.

I sent these flowers to my aunt in the hospital. I used to work for a florist, so I was anxious to see what was sent out from the florist you engaged. I have to tell you that it was exactly what was promised. The pumpkin jar was a great quality and the flowers were very fresh. I was glad to see that you demand the quality that customers do when they are ordering on line. Kudos to you. Keep up the good work. I will be ordering again. PS. The coupon / discount was great. Disappointed in the delivery time. Paid for same day delivery and received two days later. If delivery can't be made as promised it shouldn't be offered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
