Customer is not notified of additional shipping and handling charge until order is essentially placed. This should be included in initial price or customer informed of it before all the personal and billing information is collected.
It would also help for future business if you photograph the finished arrangement and send the photo to the customer's email address, when it is being sent as a gift to someone else, as arrangements often do not look as advertised.
They arrived at 8:45 pm and half are wilted and dead.

Arrangements was good but color was a little dull
Website was easy to maneuver. Options provided made it easy to find a selection of items that could be sent same day. Along with the great prices, I was able to make my selection and choose my choice of payment. I liked that there were additional things I could add to my order, like the card, candy and balloons if I wanted. My sister called me a few hours later to thank me for her beautiful gift plant. Doesn't get better than that.
Great idea of flower birthday cake! My daughter loved it. More exciting than just sending flowers
To whom it may concern:
We received the flowers when promised, but they were not what we ordered. The bouquet we received was small 3 pink roses with daisies, not the deluxe purple flowers with a few daisies and other lavender filler flowers in a purple vase. We visited the recipient our daughter in-law the very next day and some of the flowers were turning yellow and on their way out. I have a picture of said flowers if you care to see what we received.
We will not be ordering from you again and will not be recommending you in the future.

I feel the prices were misleading. I gave my e-mail address in the very beginning to get 20% off. However, I did not get the discount. You didn't say the discount was already in the cost of the arrangement. It should have been 20% on top of the sale prices. That's how it was presented. I continued to order because I am short on time. However, I probably will never order from you again.

Over all it was okay. I paid extra to have same day delivery. It was credited to me when they were unable to follow through. I just wish they could have said up front it was not possible. The flowers were a surprise gift and when I call the next day to see if she liked the flowers I found out they had not been delivered. Went to the computer only to see an email with a credit for the extra charge. Went into my order and saw a different delivery day.
