Thanks for the flowers, the ordering, tracking process was easy. The flowers received varied a bit from the photo but it could just be the season.
Overall, I was happy with the product and service. However, I received an email that my flowers were delivered approximately 2 hrs before they were actually delivered. This ruined the surprise as I contacted the recipient to ask how they liked the flowers and they had not received them yet.

Easy to use and fast
Everything went smooth in the ordering process. What I did not like is that no where while selecting the flowers or entering my address and credit card was it disclosed that there was a $15 delivery charge.
One vase of flowers was somewhat close to the picture on website, wrong color roses and mixed with other flowers not shown. The other vase was not even close to the picture on website, VERY disappointed with the arrangements I received for such an important occasion! I could of gone to my local grocery store and made my own arrangements that would have been very impressive for what I spent. Thought I would save a little time by ordering from you. BIG MISTAKE. Will do it myself next time
