Flowers were beautiful and arrived in good condition on a Sunday with no extra charge outside of the $14.99 for delivery. Delivery person was very good and gave me some tips on how to keep them fresh. WONDERFUL!
Great so far but I ordered a package back in August and didn't have a great experience I decided to give y'all another chance.
The arrangement that was received didn't even resemble the arrangement ordered. The recipient said the arrangement was pretty, but I was disappointed that what was shown and ordered wasn't what was delivered. The arrangement delivered contained a lot of "lime" green flowers, purple flowers and large orange lilies. It was at least in a pumpkin vase.

Wow! When my parents sent me a photo of this, I was so disappointed because it doesn't look like the photo advertised. My father associates Lillies with death and is allergic to them. So that's great! Really Thankful for that since I was trying to brighten their day because we could not be with them and instead I sent flowers that were not advertised and should not have been in there! Where is the Eucalyptus? Where are the berries, the faux fruit and the leaves? This was nearly 70$. How in the world could you charge that for this?! Where are the purple Statice?! So upset. Here is what you advertised." So much to behold, so much to celebrate. Red roses, green trachelium, orange daisies, yellow alstroemeria, purple statice, viking poms, solidago, salal tips and eucalyptus...along with faux fruit and a bright cluster of fall leaves, makes this the perfect Thanksgiving table decoration." I received an email telling me I had an $11 discount from a previous order. When I checked out, it seemed to be the "regular Thanksgiving discount" not an additional discount from my email.

I just received a photo of the flowers delivered and they are not even close to what was shown on site. Very disappointing since I really wanted a full lovely flower arrangement to say thank you for taking our daughter in over Thanksgiving break while away at college. I ordered the premium "How Sweet It Is" arrangement and it barely was worth the regular size. I might have been lucky to get 4 large pink roses, 4 sm. Pink roses, 6 dark purple carnations and a few minimal sprigs. Hardly what was pictured in the catalog. I get it if they couldn't get it exactly but this just did not have the fullness found on your site. Would never go this route again.

I sent a basket of living Mums to my Mother for a Thanksgiving gift, and a darling ceramic Pumpkin container with fresh cut flowers to my Ex MIL. Both of these amazing women were thrilled with what was delivered to them as a holiday surprise. (right on time I may add) These delivered flowers were described to me afterwards, and sound true to photographs on site. :)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
