It was easy and everything is beautiful
EXCELLENT!
I was not able to attend the funeral so I did not see the flowers that arrived. My sister did attend, though she was not able to indentify which one was mine... she said they were all beautiful. So, mine were not distinguishable from what were likely much more expensive arrangements. So koodos to fromyouflowers. The arrangement I purchased was the florists choice. They built an arrangement they selected.

It took me a long time to get to the pay page. I was sent to Paypal and then redirected back to you twice. I seem to have this problem every time I shop here. If the flowers weren't so pretty, I would shop elsewhere, where the check out is easier. I also have an account, but the site would not recognize my password.

I did not see the flowers in person because they were a gift sent to someone else. I thought the handling charges were a little high but other than that, I was happy with my experience.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this service! I had placed an online order and received a phone call saying there was no florist in that particular area who could make the delivery on Sunday. I was given a phone number to call with my revised order to be delivered early Monday morning and that's what I did. I was assured I would receive an email confirmation of my revised order. I received nothing - no email or phone call. Checked the original order online and find it's no longer in the system. No response to my TWO emails requesting the information. I certainly will never recommend this place to anyone!
I wasn't pleased with how much I was charged for shipping/handling. $15? That was ridiculous.
I was dissapointed that I was not told about the shipping and handling cost up front. You may wish to change that
I had ordered an oblong centerpiece with two candles I received a round one with one candle. I had called to make sure that the item would not be dropped off and left outside and it was. The sunflowers were wilted by the time we got to it.
Have used this company many times and always happy with the service and quality of the arrangements.

I am very upset that I was advised last minute that my order to be be delivered before Thanksgiving would not arrive until after. The whole reason for the delivery was a Thanksgiving arrangement for my mom since we could not be together!
Ok, except that they couldn't deliver on Sunday, so delivered the day before.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
