I was very unhappy this morning when the flowers did not arrive by noon-I had paid extra to be sure they would be. Customer service contacted me when my review was less than stellar. I had to ask but they did refund the expedite fee. I won't use that service again, but in all fairness, they sent a beautiful arrangement and my friend was very happy and surprised. I have already ordered from them for Christmas-I want to use them again because the product is quality and customer service was right there to see why I was unhappy.
Quality is always great, yet prices continue to rise.

I was not happy that "same day delivery" was not available on Sunday and that I didn't find out about that until after I placed my order. The order was for a person who was in the hospital but not for very long...the delay of a day makes a difference when someone might be discharged. If I had not looked at my email, I might not have known. You assured me it would be delivered first thing in the morning but the email I received after delivery told me it was delivered at 12:30. I could have cancelled the order but I did want this person to have flowers in the hospital. You did offer me an upgrade, so I presume that happened and that was kind of you. I think if "same day delivery" is not available on Sundays or after a certain time it should say that on the web page. And maybe a phone call instead of an email when there is a critical time frame. You called me on another occasion when there was an oversight and delay...and that time it was all right - the recipient wasn't going anywhere then.
I ordered at last minute and requested delivery on Sunday it was delivered a few hours latter which was wonderful, I personally did not see the arrangement but the recipient said they were beautiful. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I rcvd notice that my flowers delivered to the children's hospital. I was at the hospital at the time and no flowers came, all day. Called 800#, sat on hold 20 minutes, then told I had to contact UPS since they delivered. Went from desk to desk at hospital and no one had flowers. We found the package, by pure chance, sitting at an empty desk 4 floors down. No one signed for them, they were just left there n sat for 4hrs b4 i found them. Anyone cld have walked away with them and they were not inexpensive. Flowers were beautiful but wilting. Just ruined the experience for me. Ups shld be required to have a valid signature. They noted random letters/#'s that meant nothing to the staff and were not legitimate.
Overall ordering process was easy. Delivery was made and my recipent was pleased. Will use them again.
The arrangement was nice but did not look as nice as the photo. It looked a bit amateurish. Not horrible but not the best. I know in the Lawrence area Dillons has the best floral arrangements for grocery store floral dept.
The website makes it very easy to place an order. The flowers were a gift and I was told they were fresh and beautiful! The only thing that was a bit disappointing is the vase for the arrangement. The picture on-line had a clear vase (which I wanted) and the vase that the arrangement came in was a green one - which is not what I would have chosen. A minor detail, but still a deviation from what was shown.
The flowers were left on their doorstep. I furnished their phone number so that delivery could be made when people were home to receive the flowers. Luckily, the flowers were not stolen as frequently happens. You lose a star for that.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
