I have been a long time customer and until now very satisfied. However, my latest orders were very unsatisfactory. I realize that this is mostly in the hands of the florist that you use in the area where the flowers were to be delivered. However, my orders were mixed up and late. On the brighter side, from youflowers.com did what they could to remedy the situation.
Either your site or my phone was acting up.
The flowers were lovely and my daughter was very complimentary of the flowers. Good experience. I thought the delivery addition charge was a bit much.

Although the flowers were beautiful it would have been nice to see the delivery fee before check out. My flowers went from $32.99 to $52.00 with delivery at the time of check out.

It is so easy to order and send flowers from this company. The recipients always say the flowers are lovely. I had some unexpected address change and delivery issues with one of my orders, but they were very helpful and accommodating! The recipients were very appreciative and loved the dish gardens!

From You Florist is TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They did not have item for my CONFIRMED ORDER yet did NOT find a different florist who had my item, nor did they CALL ME until the DAY AFTER DELIVERY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE! I placed@ 5:30pm on a Friday for a Saturday Deliver order online; it is RIDICULOUS they did NOT CALL ME until the day AFTER THE DELIVERY WAS TO BE MADE to tell me order/ delivery was NOT NOT MADE! And the day when they called was a SUNDAY so order could not be delivered even the next day I needed BECAUSE FLORISTS ARE CLOSED UNTIL MONDAY! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL! The order was for a death in the family & I was not able to attend funeral on Sunday so I needed it to be delivered SATURDAY, and, because family would be there!

Products don't always look exactly like their pictures on their site. They are high priced for what you actually get, especially when you add in a "standard" delivery fee ( $14.99) on to it. For the high price you pay for their products already, there should be no or a much smaller delivery fee, except of course for same or next day delivery.
