I ordered deluxe balloon package for new baby. There wasn't a good description of what I was getting but ordered anyway. Was disappointed there were only 3 mylar balloons for a total of $70 including all the fees.

I have to wait to see whats delivered. Some of the flowers that come from local venders are horrible and dead. I was disappointed with the vase. I expected the rectangle vase. Otherwise the flowers were beautiful

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
