I have ordered flowers online before, and this time I googled florists. Fromyouflowers.com will now be my go to florist. The prices were very reasonable, they had a sale, lots of beautiful arrangements, low delivery charges, and fast delivery! I realized the next day I had sent them to my sister's maiden name but called customer service and she was super nice and corrected my mistake! She loved the flowers!
I specifically requested a delivery date of Monday December 12 because it was a birthday gift and I wanted to have it delivered on the recipients actual birthday. The order was not delivered until the following day. I will never use this company again or recommend it to anyone - in fact I'll make sure to let my friends know to NOT use this company! Doubt you'll be posting this comment!

While the order was delayed until the next day, there was no way the customer service personnel could be held responsible for this delay. The arrangement could not be delivered or left outside as this would have lent it to being damaged in some way. I was only concerned that the email stated the arrangement had been delivered, yet it hadn't actually, so that was misleading. A simple update to the email could have explained the actual situation which was no one was there to accept the package, or no one answered the door, etc. The arrangement was received and the comment was that it was beautiful, so the florist provided what I had ordered. It was simply bad timing in a difficult situation as this was a sympathy arrangement due to a death in the family. These things happen and the nature of the situation meant there was no real way of having the recipient be vigilant as their minds are on other things.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
