The Light Blue Delphinium accent flowers pictured in the online product were virtually all white which changed the complete appearance I was drawn too on the web. My wife still loved them, but it was a little disappointed as first impressions are everything with the gift like this. Overall it was a good first experience ordering online.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
