I was surprised at the very end of my ordering process to find a service and handling charge ($15) that was almost 50% of the cost of the flowers ($31.99)! I would have ordered differently if I had been informed of this charge earlier. The order was delivered on time, but the container was not white (as pictured and described)--and a main reason I had chosen this item for a gift.
Your website is user friendly and was quick and easy yet has a lot of beautiful arrangements. I haven't had good luck with floral deliveries in the past so I am hopeful this will be a positive experience for both myself and the recipient.

I thought the product was over priced but since I needed it right away for a sick child I ordered it anyway. I received an email after 6 pm that it would not be delivered on the requested date even thought I paid for same day delivery. At that time it was to late to cancel my order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
