According to my friend who I delivered the flowers too, she said they were beautiful. But when she took the picture and sent it to me it looked different than what was printed on the website. But I'll take her word that they looked nice.
Received the flowers around 7 pm and the wife loved it...the only thing was that 14.99 handling charge is not advertised up front
This was a gift and the flowers are beautiful I ordered them in November to be delivered December 17 but had to change me delivery date the customer service was outstanding and I was able to have flowers delivered a few days earlier

The only reason I purchased from the site was because of same day service. I was notified after my purchase that I would no longer be receiving same day service and the delivery was pushed to the next day. The 2.99 same day service fee was refunded however, I wouldn't have bothered giving you my money if it wasn't same day. Furthermore, the regular bouquet that was received was skimpy and sparse. Nothing compared to the quality shown on the site. Paid 45 dollars for a product that was comparable to a typical 15.00 grocery store bouquet.
After talking with customer service the problems were addressed. Although I was told my loved one would receive the order first thing this morning. And I didn't arrive until after 1 today...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
