We ordered flowers for 145.00. They were guaranteed to be delivered before noon. For a casket spray. Now my relatives casket will have no flowers. They wouldn't tell me where to pick the flowers up from. They wouldn't tell me what florist they were contracted with.

But, they wanted to send complimentary flowers on Monday. Right. Because that makes up for stealing people's money when a death is involved. We paid for expedited delivery. I have proof showing it should have been here before noon est.
