This is a complete joke. My mother ordered a basket called the Chocolate Lover's, which was supposed to include Lindt, Toblerone, Ghirardelli, Ferrero Rocher and Ritter. NONE of these products were in the basket, they were ALL replaced with obscure brands. I doubt anybody will eat any of this, we will probably throw everything out.

Buying for friends in the US for the first time from the UK, this order was a bit of an unknown quantity for me - but feedback suggests the recipients were well pleased with their deliveries and the process was perfectly straightforward as far as I was concerned. Would certainly use again.

Though, I was disappointed that the flowers were not delivered on the day I specified. When I called customer service, I was told that there were no florists open on that day {Sunday}.which I am sure is not accurate.Plus, I was never informed prior to the delivery, so that I could have changed my date.

Different sales make it difficult to decide if I should order or wait to order. Free delivery is better than 25% off. Hated that I placed 3 orders then received other offers.
Also I need more information on size than the generic info in the ordering.

You pretend to have a good price then sneak in a $15 handling fee in on the last page. The flowers that arrived looked like half of what was shown in the picture. I was embarrassed when I saw what was delivered. It definately did not look like $70 worth of flowers. This was my first & last time using this site. Very disappointed.

Convenient. Hidden extra costs of "shipping and handling" were an unwelcome surprise. Flowers were delivered a day late. People who contacted me and who I contacted by phone were very accommodating and helpful. My daighter loved the flowers.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
